Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — The bdwin website and all its services, provided through the bdwin.mom domain.
• "User" or "Member" — A person who holds a registered account on the bdwin platform.
• "Services" — Online casino games, sports betting, fishing games, slots, mines, and other gaming activities.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, cashback, or special benefit offered by bdwin.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition specifying the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the only currency used for transactions on the platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

bdwin services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. When registering an account, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. It is our firm policy to prevent minors from engaging in gaming.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household is prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be completely truthful and accurate. bdwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if false information is found to have been provided.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. In some cases, the verification process may cause a slight delay.

3.4 Third-Party Payments

Account holders must use payment methods registered in their own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are prohibited. bdwin reserves the right to hold any funds identified from such transactions.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus terms are outlined below:

• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳2,000.
• Example: Depositing ৳32,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳20,000 before withdrawing the bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds may be used to place bets on any game.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after completing the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• Each promotion may have its own additional terms, which will be stated on the promotions page.
• If bonus funds are used for improper or fraudulent activity, the bonus will be cancelled.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on the bdwin platform operate under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, bdwin reserves the right to void the relevant bets.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using software, bots, or automation tools to operate games.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Sharing bonuses with other members or engaging in collaborative betting fraud.
• Filing any form of chargeback.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.

5.3 Technical Issues

bdwin is not responsible for incomplete games caused by internet disconnection or device failure. In such cases, the game state saved on the server will be considered final.

bdwin has five VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

• Suspicion of illegal money laundering.
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

9.2 Closure by Member

A member may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by internet outages or technical issues from third parties.
• Interruptions to gameplay caused by problems with a member's own device or network.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account.
